FASE 3 DE DESESCALADA NORMATIVA APLICABLE EN LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA (Decreto 8/2020 de 13 de junio del Presidente de la GVA)
Con fecha de 13 de junio, el diario oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana, publicó el Decreto 8/2020, para la regularización y flexibilización de determinadas restricciones, en el ámbito de la Generalitat Valenciana, establecidas durante la declaración del estado de alarma, en aplicación de la fase 3 del plan para la transición hacia una nueva normalidad.
ASPECTOS MÁS DESTACADOS
-Hay libertad de circulación por todo el territorio de la Comunitat Valenciana. -La distancia de seguridad entre personas se establece en 1,50 metros. (Si no se puede respetar, deberá usarse mascarilla)
PARQUES INFANTILES RECREATIVOS
-Se reabren al público, respetando las medidas de seguridad e higiene preventivas.
ACTIVIDADES Y ZONAS DEPORTIVAS
-Pueden practicarse al aire libre actividades deportivas sin contacto físico por parejas. -La actividad física individual se podrá practicar en grupos máximos de 30 personas. -Las instalaciones deportivas al aire libre y cerradas se podrán utilizar, incluyendo vestuarios y duchas, siempre que se cumpla una ocupación máxima de 4 m2 por usuario.
PISCINAS
-El aforo máximo permitido será del 75% de la capacidad de la instalación, siempre que sea posible respetar la distancia de seguridad entre usuarios. -Solo es necesaria cita previa para los usuarios si fuera necesario para garantizar que no se supera el aforo o la distancia mínima de seguridad entre las personas usuarias. -Se debe hacer una limpieza y desinfección antes de su apertura de temporada. -Las zonas susceptibles de contacto manual deben limpiarse al menos 3 veces al día. -Las tumbonas o elementos similares deben limpiarse después de cada uso. -Se pueden usar los vestuarios y las duchas. -No se podrá hacer uso de las fuentes de agua. -Debe haber cartelería informativa de las normas de higiene y prevención.

PHASE 3 OF DE-ESCALATION REGULATION APLICABLE IN THE COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA (Decree 8/2020 of June 13 of the President of the GVA)
On June 13, the official newspaper of the Valencian Generalitat published Decree 8/2020, for the regularization and relaxation of certain restrictions, within the scope of the Valencian Generalitat, established during the declaration of the state of alarm, in application of phase 3 of the plan for the transition to a new normality. HIGHLIGHTS:
-It is allowed to travel without restrictions within all the territories of the Comunidad Valenciana. -The interpersonal safety distance has been established on 1,5 meters (if is not possible to respect it, masks should be used).
RECREATIVE AREAS/PLAYGROUNDS:
– They are reopened to the public; always respecting the safety measures.
ACTIVITIES AND SPORT AREAS:
-It is allowed to practice outdoor sports without any physical contact with the partner. -Individual activities could be done in groups of maximum 30 people. -Outdoor and closed sports facilities could be used, including showers and locker romos (the maximum capacity is of 4m 2 per user).
SWIMMING POOLS: – The maximum allowed capacity is of the 75% of the installation, as long as it is possible to respect the safety distance between the users. -The appointments for users are necesary if they are the only way to control de máximum capacity; as well as to preserve the security distance. -Cleaning and disinfection must be done before the reopening. -All the areas susceptible of any contact must be cleaned at least 3 times a day. -Deck chairs or similar must be cleaned after each use. -Changing rooms and showers could be used. -Water sources cannot be used. -There must be informative signage of hygiene and prevention standards.

D VALENCIA GELTENDE VORSCHRIFTEN (Dekret 8/2020 vom 13. Juni des Präsidenten der GVA)
Am 13. Juni veröffentlichte die offizielle Zeitung der Generalitat Valenciana das Dekret 8/2020 zur Regularisierung und Lockerung bestimmter Einschränkungen im Rahmen der Generalitat Valenciana, die während der Erklärung des Alarmzustands in Anwendung der Phase 3 des Plans für den Übergang zu einer neuen Normalität festgelegt wurden.
WICHTIGSTE PUNKTE
– Auf dem gesamten Gebiet der Comunitat Valenciana herrscht Reisefreiheit. -Der Sicherheitsabstand zwischen den Personen ist auf 1,50 Meter festgelegt. (Wenn dies nicht respektiert werden kann, muss eine Maske getragen werden)
KINDERSPLIELPLÄTZE
-Sie werden unter Beachtung der präventiven Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wieder für die Öffentlichkeit eröffnet.
AKTIVITÄTEN UND SPORTBEREICHE
-Sportaktivitäten im Freien können von Paaren ohne Körperkontakt ausgeübt werden. -Einzelne körperliche Aktivität kann in Gruppen von maximal 30 Personen ausgeübt werden. -Outdoor- und Indoor-Sportanlagen können genutzt werden, einschließlich Umkleideräume und Duschen, sofern eine maximale Belegung von 4 m2 pro Nutzer erreicht wird.
SCHWIMMBÄDER
– Die maximal zulässige Kapazität beträgt 75% der Kapazität der Anlage, vorausgesetzt, dass der Sicherheitsabstand zwischen den Benutzern eingehalten werden kann. -Eine Voranmeldung ist für Benutzer nur dann erforderlich, wenn sichergestellt werden muss, dass die Kapazität oder der Mindestsicherheitsabstand zwischen den Benutzern nicht überschritten wird. -Reinigung und Desinfektion müssen vor Beginn der Saison durchgeführt werden. -Die Bereiche, die anfällig für manuellen Kontakt sind, sollten mindestens dreimal täglich gereinigt werden. -Liegen oder ähnliche Gegenstände sollten nach jeder Benutzung gereinigt werden. -Garderoben und Duschen können benutzt werden. -Wasserfontänen dürfen nicht benutzt werden. -Es müssen Informationsplakate über Hygiene- und Präventionsregeln vorhanden sein.
